Opened in 2023, The Attic Theatre is a dynamic and intimate 50-seat venue—perfect for theatre productions, film screenings, live music, workshops, and more.

Once a simple rehearsal space, The Attic was transformed into a fully tiered theatre attached to the UK’s leading part-time drama school. Now boasting an impressive technical setup—over 30 lighting fixtures, a professional-grade sound system, and a state-of-the-art control booth—The Attic delivers a high-spec experience in a compact setting.

Founded by actor Peter Heppelthwaite, The Attic is proudly run by performers, with a mission to make theatre accessible to the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire community.
