With a history that takes Peter back 30 years, playing 'Lucky Eric' in another one of John Godber's timeless classics, 'Bouncer's', it wasn't a very hard decision when choosing 'Teechers'.

The dynamics of this piece, its social comment and its need for strong physical theatre interested my team. 'Teechers' is a modern play, or is it? The issues tackled by our young community through history, although dealing with new technology, fashion, financial insecurity and the ever-growing need to be famous, never really change.

'Teechers' may make you laugh, it may make you cry, but it will, most definitely, make you think.

Our team and cast have had a fantastic time working on this play and are very excited to be performing in 3 venues over 5 evenings, including The Welwyn Garden City Youth Drama Festival (WGCYDF).

We hope you enjoy! Remember, school is school, teachers are teachers and students will always be students.
